Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
Most models start at 500 pieces with a custom logo. Some start at 100 pieces, some stock designs at 50, and rain boots at 1,000 pairs. Each product page shows its minimum order.
How quickly can I get a sample?
Typically within 3–7 days for most models. New designs and special fabrics can take longer.
What is the production lead time?
Typically about 30 days after payment for most models; some take 20–25 days. We confirm the schedule with your quotation.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your inquiry list or describe your project, then send the form. Our sales team replies by email with options, prices and lead times. There is no online checkout.
Customisation
Can you print our logo?
Yes. Logos can be printed by silk-screen, heat-transfer or digital printing, from a single panel to full-canopy artwork.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes. Send your Pantone references; fabric and print colours are matched to them and checked on the sample.
Can we customise the handle and packaging?
Yes. Handles can be changed in shape, material and colour, and packaging ranges from polybags and sleeves to printed gift boxes with your labels.
Do you develop new designs?
Yes. Our design team develops new frames, canopies and handles from your sketch or reference (ODM), and we produce your existing designs (OEM).
Quality and compliance
How do you check quality?
Every order goes through three inspections: raw materials before production, sampling during production and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing.
Which audits and tests do you have?
Our factory has a BSCI social compliance audit by TÜV SÜD and retailer audits for Sears and Kmart; products are tested by SGS and Bureau Veritas, and we passed a level 8 wind resistance test (RTS, February 2026).
Can you provide test reports for our market?
We share existing reports with your quotation and can help arrange tests such as EN 71, REACH or CPSIA with independent laboratories.
Are your umbrellas windproof?
Many models use flexible fibreglass ribs or vented double canopies to handle strong wind. Each product page lists its frame and canopy.
Packing and shipping
How are umbrellas packed?
Typically one piece per polybag and 50 pieces per export carton, varying by model. Gift boxes and custom cartons are available.
Where do you ship from?
Our factories are in Shaoxing, close to the ports of Ningbo and Shanghai.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We export to clients across Europe, North America and Asia. Tell us your destination and preferred shipping terms and we will quote accordingly.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit our factories in Shangyu, Shaoxing; contact our sales team to arrange a visit.
