What you can customise

Canopy
Size, number of panels, fabric (pongee, polyester, nylon and more) and colours matched to your Pantone references.
Frame and opening
Straight or 2-, 3- and 5-fold frames; manual, auto open or auto open-close.
Ribs
8 to 24 ribs in steel or fibreglass, with single or vented double canopies for strong wind.
Handle
Straight, J-hook or C-handle, in wood, rubber or plastic and in your colours.
Printing
Logos on one or more panels, all-over patterns or full-canopy artwork.
Packaging
Polybags, sleeves, pouches and printed gift boxes, labelled for your market.

Brief and quotation
Tell us the model or your design, the quantity and your logo. We reply with options and a quotation within 24 hours.

Artwork and mock-up
Send your logo as a vector file. We prepare a mock-up showing print position, size and colours for your approval.

Sample
We make a pre-production sample, typically within 3–7 days, so you can check the frame, fabric and print.

After approval, production typically takes about 30 days, depending on the model and quantity.

Inspection
Every order passes a three-stage inspection that ends with an AQL 2.5 check before packing.

Questions and answers
What is the minimum order for custom umbrellas?
Most models start at 500 pieces with a custom logo; some start at 100 pieces, and some stock designs at 50. Each product page shows its minimum order.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. We make a pre-production sample, typically within 3–7 days, so you can approve the frame, fabric, colours and print before production starts.
How long does production take?
Typically about 30 days after payment for most models. Large quantities, special fabrics or new designs can take longer; we confirm the schedule with your quotation.
What files do you need for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best. We prepare a mock-up for your approval before the sample is made.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. Send your Pantone references; fabric and print colours are matched to them, and the sample lets you check the result.
Can you develop a completely new design?
Yes. Our in-house design team develops new frames, handles and canopies from your sketch or reference (ODM), and we also produce your existing designs (OEM).
