Stage 1 — Pre-production: Raw material inspection (fabric, frame, handle), ensuring all components meet specifications before production begins.
Stage 2 — In-production: Random sampling on the production line. Every batch is checked for stitching quality, frame tension, opening/closing mechanism, and print accuracy.
Stage 3 — Final inspection: AQL 2.5 sampling before packing. We check waterproof performance, UV coating, wind resistance, and overall finish.
